Acceptance
By creating an account or using Cincuentañero (the "app") you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
About the app
Cincuentañero is a private, invite-only trip-coordination tool used by a small group of travelers to organize a shared journey. Access is granted by the trip host. There is no public sign-up.
Your account
- You must provide accurate information when requesting access.
- You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity under your account.
- The host may revoke access at any time.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Post unlawful, harassing, or infringing content in chat, photos, or other shared areas.
- Attempt to access another user's account or data without permission.
- Interfere with or disrupt the app, its servers, or its underlying infrastructure.
- Use the app for any commercial purpose without the host's written consent.
Content you share
You retain ownership of the content you upload (messages, photos, itineraries). By posting it in the app you grant other approved trip members the right to view it within the app. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share whatever you post.
SMS and notifications
If you provide a mobile number and consent to SMS, you agree to our SMS Terms. Standard message and data rates may apply.
Disclaimer
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Trip information, bookings, and itineraries shown in the app are user-provided and may contain errors. Always verify travel details (flights, accommodations, transport) directly with the providers.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or by email. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
